I was skeptical at first because it was my first time ever using citizenshipper, and honestly the reviews sold me. I am so glad I went with MPTransport. Everything went so smooth. Great communication, kept me updated, very professional and detailed. I had my puppy transported from a breeder many states away, and even she is very happy and wants to use them for future transports. There’s a reason MPTransport has so many great reviews! I appreciated Rick making an actual phone call to me, rather than just talking through text, to explain how the whole process works, answer any questions that I had. Rick is very thorough and will let you know what he needs on your end to help them do their job safely. I never even thought about it because it was my first time needing to have a pet transport, but I appreciate how they required a USDA health certificate because that tells me all other pets in the the vehicle with your pet, is cleared and healthy so it puts your mind at ease that your pet won’t catch anything, especially a little almost 9wk puppy like I had. Bryan, the actual driver in my transport, was very informative. Texted with ETA, willing to work with you if a certain time wasn’t going to work out. Overall great friendly guy. You can tell they love to do what they do. All the way from Oklahoma, to Michigan, and then to me in Wisconsin and still had a smiling face and so polite. Overall great experience! Should I ever need to transport a pet again, I’m coming back to them.

I simply have no words to describe my gratitude and immense satisfaction with this team from the start!!! Ms Annie took such amazing care to our Charlotte and went above and beyond to ensure her safety, wellbeing and was especially patient at each and every step of this process!!! She was in contact with us the entire journey and ensured that she was always available unless driving but would let us know when she could she would respond. I feel extremely blessed to have had her deliver my son’s service dog to him and she did it with such love and compassion!
Memories for you was wonderful to work with from start to finish. She kept in touch with me the whole trip. Sending photos and a short video. I would get texts about location departure and or arrival. And she arrived in a very timely manner. When the pup got to me, you could see that the pup was taken care of. There was one last play session before she took off. I would absolutely use memories for you again, and I would recommend to any potential new customers.

Donna did an amazing job transporting our 80lb goldendoodle from Chicago Illinois to Chesapeake Virginia. This was a late night airport pickup and long drive. Others drivers bids were withdrawn or increased by up to $500 because of the airport pickup. She sent tons of pictures and videos during the trip. All with our big boy smiling and having a great time with her! While we hope not to have to transport our pup again I would absolutely recommend Donna. She will baby your animal, make you feel comfortable anout the drive and she lives up to the Fiive Star ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ name!
I couldn't have experienced a better service! Dog was healthy and happy when she arrived. The scheduling was perfect and the cost was affordable. In the past we have transported dogs 4 times via air and a different ground service. For all future transport we will forever be using Melissa Transport!!!!
