Anna & Charlie Hill: Trusted, Loving Pet Transporters Hello! We’re Anna and Charlie Hill — a retired military family with hearts full of love for animals and adventure. We’re also proud parents of ten-year-old twin girls and lifelong animal lovers who have rescued everything from birds and turtles to dogs, cats, and even squirrels. Animals aren’t just pets to us — they’re family. We’re brand new to CitizenShipper, so while we don’t have reviews just yet, we’re excited to earn your trust and build a great reputation by providing safe, compassionate, and personalized transport for your beloved furbabies. Every animal we transport is treated with the same care and respect as our own — because we truly understand how much they mean to you. We’ve had many pets of our own over the years — dogs, cats, and birds — and we know how important it is to feel confident in who’s caring for them. That’s why we offer: Door-to-door delivery Water, leashes/collars, and kennels (if needed) Frequent potty breaks and exercise stops Photos and video updates during the trip GPS tracking (coming soon!) Most transports will involve just your pet, though occasionally we may have one other travel companion, depending on the route. When that happens, all animals will be kept separate for safety and comfort. We never take more than two animals at once to ensure plenty of space and attention — especially since we travel in a spacious Suburban. Pets will be rotated out of kennels regularly and often ride up front with us for company! All we ask is that you provide enough of your pet’s regular food to last the trip — we don’t want to upset anyone’s tummy with sudden changes. We’re excited to explore new places, meet wonderful people, and help bring peace of mind to families by reuniting them with their precious pets.
